The portfolio comprises a modern office building in Glasgow, let as a whole to BAM Construction and 3 detached secure self contained warehouse units in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The Glasgow unit was occupied by Uk Mail, who exercised their break to acquire larger premises. Cedarwood then let this unit to Hydrasun on a new 10 year lease with Hydrasun taking occupation the day Uk Mail finished their dilapidation works.
