Cedarwood invested in this opportunity  in June 2012 with 12 months unexpired on a 42 year lease to St Gobain on this 35,000 sqft warehouse facility at West End Approach in Leeds.

The purchase price including all costs was £755,000. The property comprises a 26,000sqft  warehouse, onto which the tenant had added a further 9,000 sq ft in 1999.

Cedarwood negotiated a new 10 year lease with St Gobain which commenced in October 2013. The new rental was £87,500 pa. Cedarwood then managed  the sale of the property at auction in October 2015 at a price of £1.1m
