Cedarwood are a pro-active asset manager looking to enhance value for clients either through rental enhancement or other routes to secure capital value improvement, such as refurbishment and or redevelopment. Cedarwood have regular contact with their tenants which is a key element in driving returns by understanding tenants future requirements.

Clients receive regular asset management updates, bespoke to each property.

In order to align the interests of Cedarwood and their clients, Cedarwood look to co-invest on their projects or agree a fee structure that rewards performance, or a combination of both.

Cedarwood also provide asset management services to receivers and banks. This involves taking over problematic assets often with little or no lease/ property information, and ‘stabilising’ the assets by securing and improving existing income and maximising asset value prior to disposal.
