This was bought in July 2017 and comprises a 20,000 sq ft Warehouse at Linwood, Glasgow along with a 2 unit retail warehouse scheme in Fraserburgh. All units were let on short term leases or had imminent expiries.

A regear of one of the units at Fraserburgh has been secured. The second unit is being marketed.
