Project Description
This comprises a local shopping and convenience facility let to Sainsburys, a café, a fish and chip shop a nursery and hairdressers.
It was purchased in October 2018 and the Sainsburys lease (which is long term) had an RPi increase due at the end of 2019.
This rent review and the rent review of the nursery are currently being finalised.
