This comprises two retail warehouses let to Poundstretcher and Argos. Some significant improvements have been made to the common parts including opening out the frontage to the main road from which the scheme was originally hidden and significant repairs to the drainage and estate road to assist with customer footfall.

A significant rent increase was negotiated at review from Argos too.
