This comprises a 32,000 sq ft warehouse in Livingston, 3 retail units in Stranraer and a stand alone Halfords Retail Warehouse in Dumfries. They were purchased in October 2017.
The Stranraer properties leases were all about to expire. They were successfully regeared at the same rental level immediately following purchase.
The Livingston unit is due to be vacant in July 2020. It is anticipated there will be strong demand for this space due to lack of quality stock in Livingston.
